This Museum of ice cream is located in downtown LA and is exclusive to ticket holders only! They now currently only have Miami and San Fran open so if you missed your chance in LA, you’ll have to check out the new locations! It looks to me like they will be adding pop shops all over the place and only opening them in certain cities for a short period of time! But the question is how do you get your hands on a pair of these tickets anyway? Well first you have to get on their website and subscribe to the emails. Then watch your emails for an invitation to get online and get tickets. They sell out pretty fast so you really have to go online when they tell you! Sometimes they do special invites for American express holders and things like this. I would also highly recommend following them on Instagram

We got our tickets for 1pm because we wanted to go up early and eat at the farmers market and walk around the grove, then have time to get to the museum and head back before the traffic! It was honestly the perfect time.
Charlie loves visiting LA and who doesn’t love the Grove? It’s a beautiful outdoor mall with fountains, great people watching, music in the streets, so many stores and lots of great food too!

When you get to the museum of ice cream you have to arrive 15 minutes before your time slot and you cannot be late. You snooze you loose and their is no refunds either! Although the location is very weird and unsightly on the outside, they did have a great place for us to wait with fake grass and super fun Michael Jackson music!

If you have the opportunity this place is so great for kids and adults alike! We left the baby at home for this one since strollers are not permitted and we figured he would be kinda fussy and want to touch A everything! If you have a little one you can totally put them in the Ergo and carry them through!
Also tip of the day: Bring a bottle of water!! So many sweets.. no water until you get through until the very end and we were SO THIRSTY!!

As always please subscribe to the blog for more fun things to do with the kids and share this post with your other mama friends! xo- MegFeatured ImageChangeCategoriesEditOrange CountyRecommendationsTravelAddUpdateCopyright © 1999 – 2018 GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC. Hi friends! It's me thatocmomlife AKA Megan. I'm here to share with you guys all of our favorite places to go and the things we love! I love to showcase fun things to do with kids in the area, beauty products, shopping deals, and our travel adventures! I am a California girl, born and raised. I am married to an amazing man who happens to be Australian. We have two beautiful kids that we like to raise with the American roots and the Aussie roots too! Everything I share here, I truly believe in and I am a stickler with only working with companies that I have personally tried and am comfortable sharing. This platform has given me the greatest gift, and that is to be able to work from home and raise my kids! I am so grateful for all of the support and THANK YOU for following me and encouraging me every step of the way! XO - Megan
